SharkNinja seeks a commercially minded Social Commerce Specialist to own the development and execution of its social commerce strategy across Spain and Italy, spanning Shark Home, Shark Beauty, and Ninja. You will turn creator influence into measurable commercial results, working with affiliate programmes and multi-brand teams.

• 3–5 years of experience in social commerce, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or digital marketing.
• Experience with affiliate platforms, creator commerce tools, or performance-based marketing programmes.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for understanding what drives engagement, conversion, and sales.

Responsabilidades

• Help turn creator influence into measurable commercial results by supporting and scaling SharkNinja's social commerce programmes.
• Identify creators with strong commerce potential and support their activation as affiliate and performance partners.
• Execute social commerce campaigns that connect social engagement with conversion and sales.
• Help develop and refine playbooks, processes, and best practices that can be scaled across brands and both Spain and Italy markets.
• Stay on top of social commerce trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities.
• Work closely with Commercial, Retail Marketing, Ecommerce, and Social teams across Spain and Italy to bring social commerce into key business moments.
• Support creator-led activations around product launches, promotions, retailer events, and seasonal campaigns.
• Translate creator insights and social trends into actionable recommendations for retail and commercial teams.
• Help educate internal stakeholders on how social commerce and creator partnerships drive conversion and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure social commerce activity aligns with business objectives.
• Support day-to-day execution and optimisation of affiliate and social commerce initiatives.
• Manage affiliate and social commerce platforms including TikTok Shop, Amazon Associates, LTK, Awin, TradeDoubler, Impact, and similar tools relevant to the Spanish and Italian markets.
• Support creator onboarding, commission management, tracking, and performance reporting.
• Monitor programme performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Flag high-performing creator content for amplification through paid media and retail channels.
• Ensure social commerce activity is tracked, analysed, and continuously improved.
• Track key performance metrics including clicks, conversions, sales, and revenue influence.
• Build regular reporting dashboards and performance summaries for stakeholders.
• Work with Analytics and Finance teams to validate performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Use data and insights to recommend optimisations and future investment areas.

Position Overview

We are looking for a commercially minded social native who understands that the line between content and commerce is disappearing — and sees that as an opportunity. You will own the development and execution of SharkNinja’s social commerce strategy across Southern Europe — spanning Spain and Italy — across Shark Home, Shark Beauty, and Ninja, turning creator influence and social engagement into measurable commercial results in both markets.

• Confidence working cross‑functionally with Social, Ecommerce, Commercial, Media, and Brand teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for social media, creators, consumer trends, and the evolving commerce landscape.
• Native Spanish speaker with strong English; Italian language skills are a strong advantage for managing the Italian market.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to learn, test, and grow.
