SharkNinja is seeking a TikTok Shop Manager for Portugal to launch, grow, and scale its TikTok Shop business in the Portuguese market. You will drive revenue through strategic campaigns, creator partnerships, and optimization of TikTok Shop operations.

You’ll lead cross‑functional work with DTC, Marketing and Operations, own P&L for the Portugal shop, and build a data‑driven, entrepreneurial culture that delivers measurable impact.

• Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social commerce.
• Experience with TikTok Shop/affiliate marketing is highly preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Role Overview

The TikTok Shop Manager (Portugal) will be responsible for launching, growing, and scaling SharkNinja’s TikTok Shop business in the Portugese market. This role requires a mix of e-commerce expertise, social commerce insight, and hands‑on execution. You will drive revenue growth through strategic campaign management, creator partnerships, and optimization of TikTok Shop operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the TikTok Shop strategy for Portugal: Set targets, roadmap, and growth plan aligned with SharkNinja’s broader D2C/E-commerce goals.
• Commercial leadership: Manage P&L for TikTok Shop Portugal, delivering against sales and profitability targets.
• Content & creator partnerships: Build and scale relationships with TikTok creators, agencies, and affiliates to drive product awareness and sales.
• Campaign execution: Develop, launch, and optimize TikTok campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
• Promotions & pricing: Strategically plan couponing, discounting, bundles, and seasonal activations to accelerate growth.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with DTC, Social and Category Marketing, Operations, and global TikTok teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Data & reporting: Monitor KPIs (GMV, ROAS, CAC, retention) and deliver regular performance updates to leadership.
• Market insights: Stay on top of TikTok Shop trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to keep SharkNinja ahead.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social commerce; TikTok Shop/affiliate marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of TikTok’s creator economy and affiliate ecosystem.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; able to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (written & spoken).
