SharkNinja seeks a Social Affiliate Specialist to drive growth in its social commerce presence, working with creators and internal teams to boost visibility, engagement, and revenue across platforms.

You will manage day-to-day affiliate operations, optimise campaigns, and ensure compliant, high-impact execution while staying aligned with brand values and strategic goals. This role suits a proactive, data-minded marketer in a fast-paced consumer brand.

Formación

• 1+ year experience in social media, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or performance marketing.
• Experience with social commerce affiliate programmes is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of social platform ecosystems (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven approach.
• Self-starter, ambitious and curious; enjoys testing ideas.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across styles.

Responsabilidades

• Execute SharkNinja's social affiliate programme across key platforms.
• Identify, onboard, and engage creators/partners aligned with brand objectives.
• Assist in delivering campaigns to drive visibility, engagement and sales.
• Maintain communication with affiliates; provide timely support and insights.
• Monitor performance using analytics and dashboards; report optimisation insights.
• Handle admin tasks: partner tracking, commissions, content approvals, compliance.
• Stay informed on trends, creator opportunities, and competitor activity.
• Contribute to improving affiliate workflows and scalability.
• Represent SharkNinja's brand values in interactions with affiliates.
