Senior Technical Project Manager/Senior Producer, Mobile Game Technology (Compliance)

Zynga is looking for a highly motivated Senior Technical Project Manager/Senior Producer to join our outstanding Production team. The immediate area of responsibility would be owning the Compliance pod within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team. As you grow into the role, you will be expected to lead a second pod and/or other priority initiatives.
You will work with engineering leadership, product management, other producers, and game/partner teams to balance a set of commitments with predictable execution. You should be able to facilitate tough trade-offs along the way, tackle any team challenges, and be tactical enough to know when to roll up your sleeves. You should proactively spot areas for improvement, then energetically drive those improvements all the while encouraging a feeling of teamwork and common purpose within the team. Provide hands-on senior-level project/program management for a team that has multiple critical engineering projects, within our Mobile Game Technology GRC team.
Manage capacity for the team. Track the throughput and velocity of the team.
Ability to drive projects on time, within budget, and at the required level of quality.
Anticipate challenges, proactively analyze risk by tracking and monitoring project progress and resource availability, and course correct as needed on the fly.
Partner closely with engineering leaders, product managers and other producers to drive the product roadmap forward.
Lead technical scrums and agile project implementation for globally distributed teams.
Help develop collaborative working relationships with internal and external partners to increase the odds of positive outcomes.
Passionately articulate goals and team principles to help form a stimulating and fun work environment and culture.
Identify process gaps and support the creation of repeatable processes while improving existing project management policies and processes.
5+ years of program/project management experience.
3+ years experience leading software development teams in a waterfall/agile hybrid model.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment with maturity and leadership.
Ability to navigate complex scenarios with customers through the use of tact, conflict resolution, and bargaining skills.
Data analysis skills to track project progress and team performance.
Ability to lead under ambiguity, balancing multiple work-streams and priorities.
Computer science or technical degree.
PMP and/or agile certifications.
Experience running a team who works on projects and supports live services and products simultaneously.
