We’re looking for a creative and forward-thinking SMM, Content & Community Manager who lives and breathes digital trends, knows how to spark real engagement, and can turn scrolls into clicks - and clicks into loyal users. Responsibilities

  • Develop content strategies that truly speak to our audience
  • Manage social media accounts and execute growth strategies
  • Plan and implement content calendars across platforms
  • Launch campaigns around holidays, launches, and key milestones
  • Own and manage platforms like X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, and more
  • Schedule, publish, and engage with our community through posts, comments, and DMs
  • Analyze social performance and spot platform trends
  • Represent the brand in online conversations and community channels
  • Create and ideate on content formats : captions, posts, carousels, reels, and more
  • Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and creators
  • Think strategically and work cross-platform
  • Oversee content calendars, blog planning, newsletters, email campaigns, landing pages, and video scripts
  • Align content with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure consistency and impact
  • Manage a team of freelancers, writers, or creators when needed
  • Drive customer acquisition through paid social advertising

Requirements

  • 2+ years in social media or content marketing
  • Fluent Russian and English at B2 level or above (proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of platforms like X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and content creation skills
  • Experience managing content calendars and launching campaigns
  • Comfortable analyzing performance and spotting trends
  • Skilled in community engagement and platform growth
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage freelancers
  • Familiar with paid social advertising and customer acquisition
  • Highly organized, creative, and strategic
