Senior Business Analyst - Northern Spain

Location: Northern Spain

Purpose:

The Consultant will lead individual projects and work streams, utilizing creative problem solving, technical, and analytical skills. They will collaborate with a dedicated team and contribute actively. The role involves working with data inputs to analyze scenarios and propose recommendations. Building rapport with customers and partners at a project level is also expected.

Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment (Medical Laboratory, Immunology, Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Pathology), including internships.
  • Knowledge in Genetics, Anatomical Pathology, or Microbiology-related fields, as the role involves interaction with doctors in these specialties.
  • Experience in IT systems configuration, business requirements analysis, workflow analysis, and configuration.
  • Analyze and map business requirements to software functionalities, analyze workflows, and configure software accordingly.

Knowledge of the specific software tool is not mandatory, as training will be provided by the client’s team.

The position requires mainly on-site work in Northern Spain, with customer sites in Galicia, La Rioja, and Barcelona. Candidates must be based in one of these regions.
