Formación

We help to create efficient, safe, and responsible environments – and so we are creating perfect places - solutions typically bundled include Fire Alarm Systems, Building Automation Systems and Digital Services.

This position is to deploy and lever North regional area of Buildings. You will drive business development activities by leveraging direct channel sales strategies with end customers which contribute to building energy optimization, decarbonization and safety. You will also work closely with the Digital Service Center(DSC) and offer valuable field experience and insight. Working with powerful sale, bid and proposal and operations team, you are expected to generate and managing and close highly qualified sales opportunities.

This is your role. What part will you play?

  • Work with End-User decision-makers & contacts, with the responsibility to maintain/expand these relationships within assigned, existing client accounts as well as build new customer relationships.
  • Effectively performs customers’ needs assessments and develops added value and tailored proposal.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor to customers across their enterprises.
  • Partner with Engineers and other stakeholders to assist in the design, communicate and implement Solutions and Services on Smart infrastructures.
  • Develops Digital Service business (energy performance and maintenance optimization oriented) with end-user clients.
  • Network with field organization, headquarters, and other Siemens divisions to gain knowledge of offerings, share knowledge with your team and other employees, and develop sales forecasts and provide input to sales targets.
  • Create bids to ensure accuracy to meet company and customer objectives. Work with the team in setting margins, identifying resources, assessing future business, and establishing executive-level relationships with targeted contractors and customers.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Account Management as well as New Business Development Experience.
  • Strong driving result skills, a learning and open mentality with the ability to work in teams with diverse strengths and embracing differences of team members.
  • 3 years of experience in related field required.
  • Smart Infrastructures technologies and Digital services background is highlyadvantageous.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of contracting business with tier of contractors
  • Organizational, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Must be willing and available to travel across assigned region.
  • Language skills in verbal and written English
