Formación

At Goodyear Iberia, we want to expand our team. We are looking for a person who wants to grow with us, adding value within the Total Mobility department as a Fleet Services Technician.

Primary Purpose of the Position

Goodyear Total Mobility: Communicate, support, and coordinate our quality service provided by Goodyear's Service Providers for Goodyear contracted fleets. Reporting on mileage analysis and responsible for approving the work of Service Providers, focusing on cost-effectiveness and service quality.

Principal duties and responsibilities
  • Tire management: control, monitor, and ensure correct tire usage, including reuse where relevant.
  • Establish guidelines and policies to optimize mileage performance.
  • Work with Service Providers to ensure high-quality service through effective communication, improvement plans, and technological tools.
  • Coordinate with fleet contacts to ensure quality service provision.
  • Audit, control, monitor, and analyze tire maintenance services.
  • Register and promote the registration of demounted tires for recycling and retreading via e-Casing.
  • Promote the use and training of mobility solutions, and analyze data from reporting tools to optimize profitability.
  • Proactively use reporting tools to audit service reviews and develop service improvement plans.
Requirements
  • Medium vocational training or similar.
  • Experience in post-sale service for truck and fleet tires (preferred).
  • Knowledge of the tire transport industry (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (preferably advanced), Internet, and Apps.
  • Remote position based in North Portugal with 70% travel availability.
  • Flexibility, communication, analytical skills, and an agile approach.
  • English language skills are highly valued.
