Skincare Sales Beauty Expert for National Coverage

We’re looking for a Skincare Sales Expert to join Coty Spain.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the Coty Luxury Retail Team in Spain, the Skincare Sales Beauty Expert is responsible and ambassador for bringing the brand closer to the end consumer, discovering its universe, elevating through the evolution of retail and customer experience and guaranteeing the excellence of the customer experience by promoting sales in the assigned points of sale, especially developing sales of the treatment axis.

Your main focus:

• Sell Coty products and provide excellent customer service at the different points of sale you visit.
• Attract and recruit new clients through traffic-stopping, booking, and performing facial services in the cabin.
• Propose a personalized product offering in skincare treatment, as well as fragrances.
• Provide personalized skin diagnosis to clients.
• Perform facial treatment services and master application techniques.
• Achieve the sales objectives established for each week or animation.
• Educate customers on Coty products, especially application and treatment routines.
• Collaborate with the counter team in maintaining the image and updating merchandising.
• Train Beauty Advisors in their facial diagnosis skills and treatment sales techniques.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You live beauty and have a deep understanding and passion for the skincare industry and luxury brands. As an experienced Skincare Sales Beauty Expert, you keep high focus and attention to details and ensure brand equity. You get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you have:

• Essential aesthetics Certification.
• Minimum 5 years of successful track record in the luxury retail industry and performing facial treatments.
• Past Niche Fragrances & Cosmetics experience is a plus.
• Innate sense of client experience and taste for challenges and sales.
• Excellent communication, client engagement, interpersonal and storytelling skills.
• Proactivity, curiosity, open-mindedness, dynamism & agility are key strengths to achieve excellence in the role.
• Fluent English is a plus.
• Total availability to travel is key (90% travel time)
