Formación

Descripción del empleo

MISION : Provide technical expertise during the installation and finishing phase to prepare the Winturbine / Windfarm for commissioning. Involvement in resolving quality deviations (de-snagging) is also required to ensure smooth handover and operation over the Wind Turbine’s lifetime. All activities must prioritize safety, quality, and efficiency. This position is full-time on site.

YOUR TASKS :

  • Support the QM on technical non-conformities, ensuring compliance with ‘Management of Change’ requirements for reporting, solutions, and implementation.
  • Assist the SM with Quality Gate 1 and incoming goods inspections.
  • Help the SM, QM, and Civil PE with pre-erection anchor cage and foundation checks.
  • Support the SM and QM in collating and verifying completeness before releasing pre-erection documentation, statutory inspections, and reports.
  • Organize and support the Gate 23 process with the SM and QM.
  • Gather information for reporting and managing NCRs and incidents using UPVISE / Service Now or other management tools.
  • Coordinate with QM for ordering and tracking missing parts and Requisition Notes (RNs).
  • Resolve quality deviations (de-snagging) to ensure smooth handover and operation, executing all activities safely and to high standards.

YOUR PROFILE :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; extensive wind industry experience (5-7 years) considered in lieu.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures, including LOTO, electrical safety, fall protection, and hazardous materials (MSDN).
  • Systematic problem-solving skills and safety-oriented behavior.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2).
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies.
  • Familiarity with mechanical & rotating systems, hydraulic systems, construction, installation, testing, and quality management is a plus.
  • Experience with mechanical measuring tools and hydraulic torquing/tensioning tools is a plus.
