Site Supervisor - Architect / Engineer

HESCO, an engineering company specialized in providing comprehensive structural engineering services and execution projects; in addition to, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Electromechanical designs; based in Spain with offices in Jeddah, Riyadh, Makkah, Syria, Turkey, Egypt, Lebanon and United Kingdom.

We are searching for an experienced Architect- Site Supervisor to plan construction projects and supervise their progress throughout the project. He / she will be responsible for the budgeting, organization, execution and scheduling of the projects. Availability for work in Arabia.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Review the project in depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Supervise all on-site and off-site construction to monitor compliance with construction and safety standards.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.
• Review construction progress daily.
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses.
• Ensure the quality of the works and the use of proper construction techniques.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or related field.

LANGUAGES

Proficiency in English.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 4 years of experience in construction.

Advanced knowledge of construction management processes means and methods.

Expert knowledge of construction products, construction details and relevant norms, regulations and quality standards.
