Job Description :

HESCO, an engineering company specialized in providing comprehensive structural engineering services and execution projects; in addition to, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Electromechanical designs; based in Spain with offices in Jeddah, Riyadh, Makkah, Syria, Turkey, Egypt, Lebanon and the United Kingdom.

We are searching for an experienced Architect - Site Supervisor to plan construction projects and supervise their progress throughout the project. He/she will be responsible for budgeting, organization, execution, and scheduling of the projects. Availability for work in Arabia is required.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
2. Review the project in depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
3. Supervise all on-site and off-site construction to monitor compliance with construction and safety standards.
4. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
5. Select tools, materials, and equipment and track inventory.
6. Review construction progress daily.
7. Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses.
8. Ensure the quality of the works and the use of proper construction techniques.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.

LANGUAGES

Proficiency in English.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 4 years of experience in construction.

Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.

Expert knowledge of construction products, construction details, relevant norms, regulations, and quality standards.
