HESCO - Architectural Site Supervisor

HESCO is an engineering company specializing in comprehensive structural engineering services, execution projects, construction management, architecture, interior design, civil engineering, infrastructure, and electromechanical designs. We are based in Spain with offices in Jeddah, Riyadh, Makkah, Syria, Turkey, Egypt, Lebanon, and the United Kingdom.

We are seeking an experienced Architect-Site Supervisor to plan and supervise construction projects throughout their lifecycle. The candidate will be responsible for budgeting, organization, execution, and scheduling of projects. Availability to work in Arabia is required.

Main Responsibilities

1. Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
2. Review project plans to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
3. Supervise all on-site and off-site construction activities to ensure compliance with safety and construction standards.
4. Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
5. Select tools, materials, and equipment; monitor inventory.
6. Review construction progress daily.
7. Negotiate contract terms, draft agreements, and secure permits and licenses.
8. Ensure quality of work and adherence to proper construction techniques.

Academic Background

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.

Languages

Proficiency in English is required.

Experience

Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction.

Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.

Expert knowledge of construction products, details, norms, regulations, and quality standards.
