Regional Security Manager

We are seeking a seasoned security professional to lead our regional security operations. As a Regional Security Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of our security program in our data centre site.

You will work closely with our Regional Operations Manager and provide on-site direction and guidance to contract security officers via their chain of command. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in physical security and corporate security, as well as proficiency in access control & CCTV systems.

The key responsibilities of this role include responding swiftly and calmly to security situations, leading uniform guards, supporting the on-site contractor security team, and reporting unusual events to the Regional Operations Manager.

In addition, you will be expected to learn and use company tools for data gathering for security purposes and data analysis, gather security metrics regularly, and present them in different forums.

We are looking for someone who is agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Respond to Security Situations
  • Lead Uniform Guards
  • Support the On-Site Contractor Security Team
  • Report Unusual Events
  • Provide Guidance and Direction to Contract Security Officers
  • Produce Identification Badges
  • Maintain Access Control and Fire Protection Alarm Monitoring Systems
  • Coordinate with the Operations Team during Security Incidents
  • Develop Knowledge of Operational Process Paths within the Data Center
  • Conduct Investigations and Perform Security Inspections
  • Presentation of Detailed Computer-Based Incident Reports
  • Act as Proxy with Security National Entities when Needed

Requirements :

  • 4+ Years Experience in Physical Security and Corporate Security
  • Proficiency in Access Control & CCTV Systems
  • Professional Identity Card (TIP) or Willingness to Obtain One
  • Experience Managing Contract Guard Forces
  • Knowledge of ISO 27000, PCI, and Emergency National Plan (a Plus)
