This opportunity is perfect for a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer who thrives in dynamic, growth-oriented environments. You will play a key role in enhancing platform stability, scalability, and security while driving automation across systems and processes. As part of a collaborative and innovative team, you’ll design resilient architectures, optimize deployment pipelines, and support teams across development, QA, and production environments. Accountabilities

  • Lead and implement a fully automated DevOps lifecycle with a focus on scalability and performance.
  • Architect solutions that ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and security across AWS services.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build efficient CI / CD pipelines and optimize development environments.
  • Drive adoption of infrastructure as code and containerization strategies using tools like Terraform and Docker.
  • Establish best practices for monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools such as Grafana and InfluxDB.
  • Support incident response, root cause analysis, and the development of long-term solutions for system reliability.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in systems engineering or SRE roles with a strong operational focus.
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, CloudFront, API Gateway, EC2, etc.) and security (IAM, WAF, VPNs).
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform, Jenkins, scripting languages (Shell, Python, Groovy), and UNIX / Linux systems.
  • Expertise in networking, cloud infrastructure, and zero-trust security architectures.
  • Familiarity with PCI DSS standards and FinTech-specific challenges is a plus.
  • Experience with PaaS, microservices, and container orchestration (e.g., ECS, Docker).
  • Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Competitive salary with a full-time, permanent contract.
