Site Reliability Engineer (Remote in Spain possible)

We are looking for an engineer who is passionate about Infrastructure as Code and constantly seeks to improve their area of responsibility. The ideal candidate should view Microsoft cloud solutions and services as interconnected pieces of a complex yet beautiful puzzle.

The team you’ll be a part of

Join an exciting platform team responsible for developing and maintaining critical service software infrastructure. You'll work on large-scale control systems, including load shedding, overload management, automation, traffic management, logging, and monitoring. Your expertise will be essential as you collaborate with talented professionals passionate about pushing technological boundaries. How you can make a difference

• Manage CI/CD pipelines based on DevOps best practices
• Develop advanced Terraform modules and products
• Participate in planning and deployment of new applications as a release/build engineer
• Assist Development team SREs with Azure hosting questions

Success in one year

• Build a portfolio of cross-team components and internal infrastructure as code products
• Share knowledge with SRE counterparts and onboard them to your solutions
• Help internal teams reuse solutions for common development use cases

What you need to bring

• Experience with Azure cloud (intermediate level)
• Experience with Terraform (intermediate level)
• Experience with Kubernetes (intermediate level)
• Experience with Azure DevOps Services (mid to senior level)

Additional skills that will stand out

• Build/release engineering experience
• Knowledge of Martin Fowler's principles
• Experience developing .NET applications
• Experience with Dockerized applications in production
