Descripción del empleo
The role you’ll play

As a key player in our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining infrastructure components and CI/CD pipelines that are essential to the success of multiple internal delivery teams. You'll join forces with a dynamic team of experts who are dedicated to delivering cutting-edge "infrastructure-as-a-product" to our internal development teams. You will collaborate on the border of development and operation teams as the most important and crucial connection point. Your passion for innovation and your ability to take charge will be unreplaceable as you take on the challenge of supporting high-quality CI/CD flows and infrastructure around them that will drive our organization forward. Get ready to make an impact and be a part of a team that is changing the game!

The team you’ll be a part of

The Platform Engineering team builds and operates the foundational infrastructure that empowers product teams to deliver software quickly, safely, and reliably. We create golden paths for common development workflows, provide self-service infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, and help embedding observability, security, and compliance into the platform by default. By reducing complexity and enabling autonomy, we help developers focus on building features while ensuring systems remain scalable, reliable, and aligned with our technical strategy.

Each member of the Platform Engineering team works with a high degree of autonomy, taking full ownership of their solutions from design and implementation to documentation and knowledge sharing. Delivering the full lifecycle means not only building but also ensuring that others can adopt and benefit from your work through clear docs, training, and onboarding. We trust our engineers to manage their tasks and give them the flexibility to adapt their schedule, as long as collaboration and delivery goals are met. This balance of independence and accountability lets you focus on impact while maintaining a healthy work-life integration.

If you want to make a difference, make it with us by…
  • Managing CI/CD flows based on devops best practices
  • Developing state-of-the-art Terraform products
  • Providing developers with golden paths to bring code from idea to production smoothly
  • Helping developers with Azure hosting questions
  • Supporting other teams in resolving issues and incidents involving our tech stack
In one year, you’ll know you were successful if…
  • You have a portfolio of cross-team components and internal infrastructure in "as-a-code" products
  • You have shared knowledge with counterpart SREs and onboarded them to your solutions
  • You have helped internal teams to reuse solutions for generic development use cases
Desired experience and competencies

What does it take to work for LanguageWire?

What you’ll need to bring

Hands-on experience with:

  • Public cloud providers
  • Infrastructure as Code
  • CI/CD workflows
  • Observability practices

Experience with our specific tech stack is a plus, but not a strong requirement. We value problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a growth mindset over familiarity with particular tools. Our stack includes Azure, Terraform, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, and Grafana.

You are a technical leader and a guardian of our infrastructure, working closely with Architects. This requires strong communication skills to align teams with our strategy and ensure best practices are followed.

What will make you stand out
  • Experience running dockerized applications in production on Kubernetes
  • A track record of improving processes to streamline CI/CD pipelines
  • Deep knowledge of Observability tools — using them to gain insights, detect issues early, and accelerate incident resolution
Our perks
  • Enjoy flat hierarchies, responsibility and freedom, direct feedback, and room to stand up for your own ideas
  • Internal development opportunities, ongoing support from your People Partner, and an inclusive and fun company culture
  • International company with over 400 employees. Offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Stockholm, Varberg, London, Leuven, Lille, Paris, Munich, Hamburg, Montreal, Sophia Antipolis, Atlanta, Finland and Valencia
  • For this role, we have a full-time FlexiWire@home option for remote work. Of course, you are always welcome at the office to collaborate and connect with your colleagues.
  • We take care of our people and initiate many social get-togethers from Friday Bars to Summer or Christmas parties. We have fun!
  • 200 great colleagues in the Valencia office belonging to different business departments
  • Excellent location in cool and modern offices in the city center, with a great rooftop terrace and a view over the Town Hall Square
  • Private health insurance
  • Working in an international environment—more than 20 different nationalities
  • A dog friendly atmosphere
  • Big kitchen with access to organic fruits, nuts and biscuits and coffee.
  • Social area and game room (foosball table, darts, and board games)
  • Bike and car parking
