Arago is a leader in implementing digital transformation of the HR & Finance function with innovative cloud solutions.

We provide our customers with end-to-end services throughout their HRIS and Travel & Expense management projects from business requirements definition to the solution implementation. We also provide post go-live support and transfer of competencies to the teams in the different deployed countries.

With our headquarters based in Paris (and a secondary French office in Bordeaux), we are also implemented in different countries in Europe, Africa, Asia and South America. We are thus able to support our clients all over the world, during and after the deployment of their HRIS projects.

We are looking for a Support Consultant to support our clients in their digital HR transformation and infrastructure.

Missions

  1. Promptly respond to customer requests/questions (Hypercare and Post-go live project).
  2. Follow up on tickets, assignments, next steps and solution/closure of tickets.
  3. Provide guidance to customer and respond to queries (Level 1 and Level 2).
  4. Coordinate support activities and teams to achieve solution for each ticket (Level 3).
  5. Organize and lead follow-up calls for Support activities with customers and our main partner (UKG).

As part of your integration, you will benefit from training and certification to quickly integrate international projects.

Your profile

  1. Higher education in Computer Science or in HR.
  2. You have at least a first experience ideally in HRIS field and wish to accelerate your career by taking on a variety of international projects.
  3. You are a good communicator.
  4. You have a strong customer orientation with problem-solving capabilities and focus on solutions.
  5. Good skills in organization and planning are necessary.
