Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of large-scale industrial and manufacturing construction projects. You will coordinate site operations, ensure safety and quality, and align with project leadership, clients, and contractors throughout pre-construction and construction phases.

The role requires 5 years in construction or project management, proficiency in MS Office tools, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Degree or qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Approx. 5 years' experience in construction or project management; experience on industrial construction projects is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of construction site operations, contractor management, and project controls.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English and Spanish; on-site work availability.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in delivering civil construction packages including structural works, roofing, and façade systems for an industrial facility.
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel for efficient execution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Support planning, coordination, and delivery of mechanical, electrical, and civil infrastructure works.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, and resources; mitigate issues proactively.
• Drive cost and schedule control while maintaining performance targets.
• Coordinate with project leadership, technical teams, and client stakeholders for alignment.
• Prepare and present project reports and performance metrics using Microsoft Office tools.
• Contribute to process improvements and leverage AI-enabled solutions for planning and reporting.

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Site Manager to support the delivery of large-scale Manufacturingprojects. This role will play a key part in ensuring the successful coordination of site operations, infrastructure readiness, and project execution in pre-construction and construction stage.

Working within a fast-paced project environment, you will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, technical teams, and contractors to maintain safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics using Microsoft Office tools.
• Contribute to process improvements and leverage digital and AI-enabled solutions for project planning and reporting where appropriate.

Qualifications
