Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an accomplished MEP Project Manager in Zaragoza, Spain to drive design excellence and coordinate cross-functional teams on a major multidisciplinary project.

The role requires a degree in Engineering, strong EPC project management background, and fluency in Spanish and English. You will manage design reviews, risk and change control, and ensure deliverables meet requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (BSc/ MSc) or equivalent experience.
• Proven Lead Engineer or Design Manager experience within an EPC environment.
• Strong background in technical project management across multidisciplinary teams.
• Solid knowledge of cooling systems and electrical distribution/transmission.
• Ability to manage multiple interfaces and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience in data centre projects is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

• Lead and own the Design Management Plan with clear structure and delivery.
• Coordinate across Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP, and Process Engineering disciplines.
• Act as central contact between Design & Build contractors, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Organize design reviews, workshops and meetings with timely feedback.
• Oversee full design coordination and ensure package consistency.
• Manage design risks, issues, and changes through to resolution.
• Ensure design deliverables meet project requirements before submission.
• Support value engineering, constructability and safety-in-design reviews.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals and technical approvals with internal/external stakeholders.
• Contribute to Quality Control program with audits and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with planning teams to integrate workplace and operational needs.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a talented MEP Project Manager to join a multidisciplinary project environment. This is a key role where you will drive design excellence, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and own the Design Management Plan, ensuring clear structure and delivery
• Coordinate across Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP, and Process Engineering disciplines, as well as construction, security, and workplace strategy teams
• Act as the central point of contact between Design & Build contractors, stakeholders, and leadership teams
