Site Manager

We are looking for a Site Manager to support the end-to-end installation process and resolve installation issues during the construction phase to ensure project success and meet customer needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the construction phase of projects.
  • Analyze systems and operations to develop preventive maintenance strategies.
  • Research and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Identify environmental aspects and hazards.
  • Satisfy customer needs and establish a suitable environment for process operation.
  • Maintain customer focus and reporting.
  • Ensure legal compliance.
  • Plan and control operational activities.
  • Follow up on ISO certification processes.
  • Serve as a preventive resource within the team.

Requirements:

  • University or bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, technical engineering, energy engineering, or related fields.
  • Additional technical certifications or licenses may be required.
