Responsibilities
  • Lead regional or market teams, ensuring overall management and performance.
  • Handle top-line escalations for HP (performance, recruitment, etc.) and CNX (Facilities, IT, Telephony, etc.).
  • Manage bonus validation, staffing, recruitment, and retention strategies, including incentive and gamification plans.
  • Lead and develop team members through coaching, fostering teamwork, and promoting cooperation.
  • Regularly coach direct reports to meet performance metrics, developing action plans for improvement as needed.
  • Ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs and financial expectations.
  • Communicate expectations clearly and provide timely updates.
  • Handle escalated customer calls as needed, supervising call center associates’ work and attendance.
  • Complete projects aimed at increasing productivity and quality.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in German and fluency in English.
  • At least 3 years of experience in outbound sales and pipeline management, including a minimum of one year in progressive management roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lead, multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in mentoring, coaching, and team leadership.
