Formación

What you will do in this role

As a Site Lead on our team, you will:

  1. Be responsible as overall lead of region/s or market/s.
  2. Be responsible for top line escalations for HP (performance, recruitment, etc.).
  3. Be responsible for top line Escalation for CNX (Facilities, IT, Telephony, etc.).
  4. Be responsible for region or markets bonus validation, staffing, recruitment.
  5. Be responsible to suggest any needed retention plans and strategies (e.g.; short term incentive and gamification plans to keep team motivations and synergy high).
  6. Lead Team Members, foster their professional development and growth via effective coaching and communication and promote teamwork and cooperation.
  7. Coach direct reports of SPV, CEL and Agents on their performance on a regular basis to ensure performance metrics are achieved.
  8. Identify performance related issues for all direct reports, develop an action plan for improvement, implement corrective action, up to and including termination of employment.
  9. Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’) and financial expectations.
  10. Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates and changes.
  11. Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated customer calls as needed.
  12. Supervise a group of call center associates including work and attendance monitoring in accordance with organization policy and applicable legal requirements.
  13. Complete shift-wide projects that aim to increase productivity, quality or other KPI.

  1. Are bilingual or proficient in German and fluent in English.
  2. Have 3 years of experience in outbound sales, pipeline management with a track record as an individual contributor. (with at least one year of Progressive Management Experience).
  3. Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Can demonstrate ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverables.
  5. Can demonstrate ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees.
