A leading company in the energy sector is seeking an IT support professional to manage ticketing processes, provide infrastructure support, and oversee cybersecurity. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, managing IT projects, and ensuring compliance with governance protocols. Join a diverse team committed to innovation and sustainability.

Responsabilidades

  • Act as a point of contact for IT suppliers and CDC teams regarding IT-related topics.
  • Manage Ticketing processes, including Ticket Management, Triage, and Escalation.
  • Provide onsite Infrastructure support and delivery.
  • Maintain governance and security protocols onsite.
  • Collect and manage business requirements related to demand for factory and office environments.
  • Manage IT Build projects from initiation to completion.
  • Provide first-line support and governance for applications.
  • Oversee operational management of OT Asset IT and OT Cybersecurity.
  • Serve as the first responder in cybersecurity emergencies.
  • Plan and control the factory/site IT budget and costs.
  • Ensure connectivity of machines with network core switches.
  • Manage specific applications and coordinate with vendors on software and network connectivity.
  • Ensure access to relevant applications for factory or Hitachi Energy sites.
  • Coordinate with HR to ensure the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed.
  • Guide, motivate, and develop both direct and indirect subordinates.

  13. Ensure access to relevant applications for factory or Hitachi Energy sites.
  14. Coordinate with HR to ensure the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed.
  15. Guide, motivate, and develop both direct and indirect subordinates in accordance with HR policies, benefiting both the company and employees.
