Una empresa líder en el sector busca un Site HSE Manager para gestionar la salud, seguridad y medio ambiente en proyectos en España. El candidato ideal tendrá una sólida experiencia en gestión HSE, conocimientos en regulaciones españolas, y estará encargado de implementar estándares de seguridad y formación. El puesto requiere movilidad entre diferentes locaciones desde enero hasta diciembre de 2025.

Formación

• Al menos 5 años de experiencia en gestión HSE en entornos EPCI.
• Formación para ser designado como 'Recurso Preventivo'.
• Fluency en español e inglés, con flexibilidad de trabajo.

Responsabilidades

• Garantizar el cumplimiento de actividades HSE en los proyectos.
• Realizar auditorías HSE y organizar inspecciones.
• Desarrollar y llevar a cabo programas de formación en HSE.

Conocimientos

Conocimiento de regulaciones HSE españolas

Comunicación efectiva

Conocimiento de ISO 45001 y 14001

The professional taking this position is meant to act as Site HSE Manager of the projects “Ceuta-Peninsula” and “Tenerife-Lagomera” that our Client is currently executing in in Spain. She / he will ensure compliance with HSE measures in accordance with the law and Client's Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, within the assigned place or area of work. The position is meant to be site based, so that to oversee the activities from HSE perspective.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Site HSE Manager, reporting directly to the Site Manager and functionally to the Project HSE Manager, has the following responsibilities : To ensure that all HSE activities at project level are carried on in accordance with Spanish applicable laws and regulations, client requirements, company Environmental and Safety Standards, including suppliers / subcontractors To ensure HSE coordination and compliance with the company policy procedures and to coordinate with site team to implement all the actions required for a proper implementation of HSE culture and methodologies. To assist Projects team in dealing with subcontractors in all issues related to HSE. To ensure HSE coordination and compliance with the company policy procedures and to coordinate with local team to implement all the actions required for a proper implementation of HSE culture and methodologies. To ensure vessel operation are carried on complying with ISM Code rules, SOLAS and MARPOL. To assist in Risk Management process (i.e. HAZID) and Permit To Work system. To facilitate accidents / incidents investigation and to carry out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans at Project and company level. To conduct HSE audits and organize inspections and walkthroughs. Those activities can be related to ISO 45001 and 14001 standards as well as Spanish legal compliance.

• To develop and perform HSE training programs and to promote a safety behavioral culture within the organization and toward suppliers and subcontractors. To ensure, in accordance with the head quarter guidelines, the development, planning, implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Management System To lead the planning, collection, management and analysis of HSE indicators. To ensure the proper waste management, including segregation, collection and reporting. To coordinate the Recursos Preventivo onsite To prepare the Contractual HSE Documentation in Spanish, including the Plan de Seguridad, Plan de Respuesta a Emergencias, Plan de Gestión de Residuos, etc. Review of Subcontractors’ HSE Documentation (in Spanish and English)

REQUIRED SKILLS Education : Senior Technician in PRL in possession of minimum the 60h Occupational Risk Prevention Training title. Minimum 5 years of HSE Management experience, within EPCI work environment including Onshore and Offshore Construction and Installation activities and vessel operation Training to be appointed as per “Recurso Preventivo” Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards Proven knowledge of Spanish HSE regulation for civil / excavation works. Proficiency use of MS Office applications. Effective communication skills. Self-dependent work behaviour and flexibility are essential. Business fluent in Spanish and English PREFERRABLE SKILLS : GWO Basic Safety Trainings (5 modules) or equivalent Knowledge of Red Eléctrica HSE regulation Experience in dealing with subcontractors Proven knowledge of Spanish HSE regulation for civil / excavation works and with the International Maritime Organization ISM Code, Solas and Marpol.

LOCATION : Spain : From January to September 2025 : Based in Algeciras, with recurrent trips to Ceuta side. From September 2025 to December 2025 : Algeciras, Tenerife and Lagomera
