Une entreprise dynamique recherche un Site HSE Manager pour des projets en Espagne, veillant à la conformité des normes HSE. Le candidat idéal doit avoir une solide expérience en gestion HSE, avec des compétences linguistiques en espagnol et anglais. Le poste nécessitera des déplacements fréquents entre plusieurs sites pour assurer la sécurité et la gestion des risques au sein de l’équipe projet.

Formación

• Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion HSE.
• Formation en Recurso Preventivo souhaitée.
• Connaissance des régulations HSE espagnoles pour travaux civils.

Responsabilidades

• Assurer la conformité de toutes les activités HSE sur site.
• Coordonner les efforts HSE et promouvoir une culture HSE solide.
• Effectuer des audits, inspections et retrouver les performances HSE.

Conocimientos

Connaissance des normes ISO 45001 et ISO 14001

Formation en PRL (Prévention des Risques au Travail)

Bilingue espagnol et anglais

Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante

Familiarité avec les réglementations maritimes internationales

The professional in this position will serve as the Site HSE Manager for the projects “Ceuta-Peninsula” and “Tenerife-Lagomera” currently underway in Spain. They will ensure compliance with HSE measures according to laws and the Client's HSE policies, overseeing activities from an HSE perspective on-site.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Site HSE Manager, reporting directly to the Site Manager and functionally to the Project HSE Manager, will be responsible for :

• Ensuring all HSE activities at the project level comply with Spanish laws, client requirements, and company standards, including those of suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinating HSE efforts and ensuring compliance with company policies, and working with the site team to foster a strong HSE culture.
• Assisting project teams with subcontractor HSE issues.
• Ensuring vessel operations adhere to ISM Code, SOLAS, and MARPOL regulations.
• Supporting risk management processes such as HAZID and Permit To Work systems.
• Facilitating accident and incident investigations, analyzing statistics, identifying trends, and recommending improvements.
• Conducting HSE audits, inspections, and walkthroughs related to ISO 45001, 14001 standards, and Spanish legal requirements.
• Developing and delivering HSE training programs to promote safety culture among staff, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Managing the development, implementation, review, and auditing of the company’s HSE Management System in line with headquarters guidelines.
• Leading the collection, management, and analysis of HSE performance indicators.
• Ensuring proper waste management, including segregation, collection, and reporting.
• Coordinating the Recursos Preventivo onsite.
• Reviewing subcontractors’ HSE documentation in both Spanish and English.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Senior Technician in PRL with at least 60h Occupational Risk Prevention training.
• Minimum of 5 years’ HSE management experience in EPCI environments, including onshore and offshore construction, installation activities, and vessel operations.
• Training as a Recurso Preventivo.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Understanding of Spanish HSE regulations for civil / excavation works.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate flexibility.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.

PREFERRABLE SKILLS

• GWO Basic Safety Trainings (5 modules) or equivalent.
• Experience managing subcontractors.
• Familiarity with international maritime regulations including ISM Code, SOLAS, and MARPOL.

LOCATION

• January to September 2025 : Based in Algeciras, with recurrent trips to Ceuta.
• September to December 2025 : Algeciras, Tenerife, and Lagomera.

DURATION : Mid January 2025 to December 2025
