The Site Human Resources Manager at medmix Spain S.L. will play a key role in executing and improving local HR matters for our Valencia site (+/- 300 FTE). This role is part of the Valencia Management Team and will collaborate with the Group HR department to drive global HR initiatives and processes.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing, leading, and developing the HR team in Valencia.
  2. Providing strategic and operational guidance to align with local HR goals such as cost efficiency, service quality, social responsibility, and legal compliance.
  3. Being part of the Valencia Management Team.
  4. Supporting line managers and employees on complex personnel and employment law matters.
  5. Supporting employees during critical times of illness or accidents, ensuring well-being and reintegration.
  6. Talent Management and Compensation: Leading evaluation and grading of positions, conducting market analysis to ensure competitiveness.
  7. Learning and Development: Developing and implementing training programs.
  8. Leading strategic HR projects to foster organizational growth and efficiency.
  9. Monitoring and reporting HR KPIs for the Valencia site to inform business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Higher education in Business, Economics, or Human Resources.
  • Excellent knowledge of Spanish labor law and regulations.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
