We are now looking for a Site Engineering Technical Support, who will be responsible for performing solution introduction activities, taking into consideration both the product and service introduction aspects. These activities are typically performed early in the product life-cycle, involving engagements with FOA or exemption customers. The scope of these activities encompasses specific aspects of the NRO portfolio, depending on the type of solution.

What you will do :

• Provide technical support for pre-sales process
• Support the project delivery organization with technical and business requirement guidance
• Provide advanced engineering (Radio, Core, and TX) technical solutions customization, installation guides, and Acceptance Tests preparation
• Prepare and perform internal and external ASP training in site engineering areas and installation activities
• Collaborate with process engineering for planning, implementing, and updating production processes within Build Service Factory
• Offer technical support for internal and external (ASP) participants in rollout projects

You will bring :

• Academic degree, minimum bachelor’s level, in engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• High technical skills in site physical design and installation activities
• Domain experience in Radio & Civil works
• Ability to deliver results and meet customer expectations
• Skills in planning, organizing, leading, and supervising
• Ability to follow processes, procedures, and instructions
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Decisiveness and initiative
• Experience in the work area of responsibility, including installer and civil works design in turnkey rollouts
• Customer relations skills and good technical knowledge
• Proficiency in Spanish and English

About this opportunity :

We seek a Solution Introduction Engineer to support our product and portfolio strategies through the realization of value from R&D. Working closely with our business and market areas, you will manage new solution introductions during testing and support marketing and product releases. You will ensure compliance with group directives, legal, financial, environmental, health and safety standards, data security, privacy regulations, and relevant processes and tools.

What you will do :

• Assist in preparing, developing, and validating services and solutions, including documentation, to support sales, marketing, and product release phases
• Develop strategic capabilities through early solution exposure to aid in the development of Delivery Readiness Plans
• Participate in the introduction, troubleshooting, and development of solutions from R&D to live portfolio to maximize value and minimize time to market
