Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow project execution in compliance with Westinghouse’s project management procedures, including managing risks, leading contract management, and conducting monthly project reviews.
• Define project schedules, resource plans, financial estimates, and risk registers jointly with the Lead Engineer.
• Update financial data in the enterprise database, approve project time and expenses, and develop lessons learned.
• Coordinate technical expertise to support problem resolution and site execution.
• Analyze RFQ and develop proposals.
• Generate ideas for continuous improvement, growth, and progress.
• Cultivate customer relationships through direct communication.
• Travel mainly within the US and Europe as per project needs.
• Lead Control Room activities related to hardwire panel design and manufacturing, electrical panel design and wiring, and manage tasks associated with Control Room Panel projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Interest in project management and technical fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in simulation projects, including 2 years managing simulation projects.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Availability to travel to customer sites and industry events.
• Well-organized with a proven track record of managing assignments to timely completion.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams.
