Job Description
The project aims to develop and implement innovative automation solutions within the simulator maintenance domain, with the objective of establishing a smart, efficient, and predictive maintenance process. This includes integrating technologies such as sensors, robotics, and RFID to reduce manual intervention, enhance operational reliability, and optimize maintenance cycles. The selected profile will be responsible for driving this initiative autonomously, from design to deployment, while collaborating with the simulation maintenance team to ensure alignment with operational goals.
Lead and drive an innovation project focused on the automation of simulator maintenance processes, with the objective of establishing a robust and efficient productive maintenance framework.
Analyze current maintenance workflows to identify improvement opportunities through automation, sensor integration, and robotics.
Design, implement, and test automated solutions aimed at reducing downtime, increasing system reliability, and optimizing resource utilization.
Integrate technologies such as RFID, IoT sensors, and predictive maintenance tools to improve tracking, diagnostics, and decision-making.
Collaborate with simulation maintenance teams to ensure alignment of innovations with operational needs.
Document technical developments, prepare validation protocols, and support knowledge transfer within the department.
Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring timely delivery of results and continuous improvement cycles.
Qualifications
Proven experience in automation, robotics, and industrial sensor systems, preferably applied to maintenance or production environments.
Strong understanding of technologies such as RFID, IoT, and predictive maintenance tools.
Hands-on experience in deploying and managing technical innovation projects autonomously.
Familiarity with automation platforms and industrial control systems (e.g., PLCs, etc).
Hands-on experience with robotics technologies and sensor integration (e.g., temperature, vibration, proximity).
Knowledge of RFID systems and IoT frameworks for asset tracking and data acquisition.
