Alstom en Castilla y León, España, busca un Ingeniero de Mantenimiento de Señalización para asegurar la fiabilidad, rendimiento y mejora continua de los sistemas de señalización ferroviaria. Trabajarás en ejecución de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, analizar incidentes y coordinar acciones correctivas, e implementar mejoras técnicas para incrementar rendimiento y seguridad.

Se valorará experiencia mínima de 3 años en proyectos ferroviarios, dominio de sistemas de señalización y fluent

Formación

• Título en Ingeniería Industrial o disciplina técnica relacionada.
• Dominio del español (requisito).
• Disponibilidad para viajar y carnet de conducir B.

Responsabilidades

• Ejecutar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en sistemas de señalización.
• Analizar incidentes y coordinar notificaciones de reparación y acciones correctivas.
• Desplegar e implementar mejoras técnicas para aumentar el rendimiento y la fiabilidad.
• Interfaz con clientes respecto a mantenimiento y garantías.
• Preparar informes mensuales de mantenimiento con acciones tomadas.
• Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales (ILS, Seguridad, Calidad, RAM, Ingeniería, Logística y Sourcing).

We’re looking for a Maintenance Engineering to ensure the reliability, performance and continuous improvement of railway signalling systems. This is a high-impact role where maintenance excellence directly contributes to safe and efficient rail operations.

Your role, your impact

• Execute corrective and preventive maintenance activities on signalling systems
• Analyse incidents and coordinate repair notifications and corrective actions
• Deploy and implement technical improvements to enhance system performance and reliability
• Interface directly with customers regarding maintenance and warranty activities
• Prepare monthly maintenance reports, including corrective and preventive actions completed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ILS, Safety, Quality, RAM, Engineering, Logistics and Sourcing

You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, maintenance, testing and commissioning - solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.

What you bring

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Knowledge of railway signalling systems
• At least 3 years of experience in railway projects, particularly with IXL systems
• Fluent Spanish language skills (mandatory)
• Willingness to travel as required
• Valid B driving licence
