Alstom, con presencia mundial en soluciones de transporte, busca un Technical Services Manager en Madrid para liderar entregables de proyectos y gestionar equipos, asegurando que las propuestas técnicas cumplan objetivos de plazo, coste y calidad.

El candidato ideal cuenta con más de 10 años en entornos industriales complejos (ferrocarril, automoción, aerospace), experiencia en liderazgo de equipos de ingeniería y diseño, y dominio de inglés y español.

Formación

• Se requiere título universitario en ingeniería industrial o mecánica.
• Más de 10 años de experiencia en entornos industriales complejos (ferrocarril, automoción, aeroespacial).
• Experiencia liderando equipos de ingeniería y diseño (5+ años).
• Conocimiento de procesos de diseño, industrialización, gestión del cambio y entornos CAD/PLM/PDM.
• Inglés y español avanzados requeridos.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar recursos internos y externos.
• Coordinar entregables y carga de trabajo.
• Priorizar carga de trabajo y planificación de recursos.
• Responsabilidad de entregables de proyectos de ingeniería y propuestas/tenders.
• Trabajar con equipos de ingeniería, operaciones y diseño para resolver desafíos.

Technical Services Manager in Cerro Negro, Madrid. At Alstom, we build what millions depend on daily - rail transportation systems that can't afford to fail. More than a job: a mission We're looking for a Technical Services Manager to be responsible for project deliverables and team management. Ensure that design deliverables meet QCD targets in terms of schedule, quality, and budget. You'll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication — because they know what's at stake: the journey home.

Your role, your impact

• Manage internal and external resources.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and certifications (preferred).
• Management of internal teams and coordination with external stakeholders and partners.
• Coordinate deliverables and workload allocation.
• Prioritize workload and resource planning.
• Responsibility for deliverables related to both engineering projects and technical proposals/tenders.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, operations, and design — solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.

What you bring

• University Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related.
• With more than 10 years of experience in complex industrial environments, including the railway, automotive, and aerospace sectors.
• Proven experience leading engineering and technical design teams (5+ years), developing talent, and managing team capacity and workload.
• Knowledge of design processes, industrialization, change management, and CAD/PLM/PDM environments.
• Advanced English and Spanish are required.
