Alstom en Madrid busca un Ingeniero de Mantenimiento para garantizar la fiabilidad y la mejora continua de sistemas de señalización ferroviaria. Este rol de alto impacto abarca mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, análisis de incidencias y coordinación de acciones de reparación.

Se requiere experiencia en proyectos ferroviarios y dominio del español. Se valorará disponibilidad para viajar y carnet de conducir B.

Formación

• Titulación en Ingeniería Industrial.
• Conocimiento de sistemas de señalización ferroviaria.
• Al menos 3 años de experiencia en proyectos ferroviarios, preferentemente con sistemas IXL.
• Dominio del español (fluidez obligatoria).
• Disposición para viajar según necesidad.
• Carné de conducir clase B.

Responsabilidades

• Ejecutar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en sistemas de señalización.
• Analizar incidencias y coordinar avisos de reparación y acciones correctivas.
• Desplegar mejoras técnicas para optimizar rendimiento y fiabilidad del sistema.
• Interfases con clientes sobre mantenimiento y garantías.
• Preparar informes mensuales de mantenimiento, con acciones tomadas.

Your role, your impact

• Execute corrective and preventive maintenance activities on signalling systems
• Analyse incidents and coordinate repair notifications and corrective actions
• Deploy and implement technical improvements to enhance system performance and reliability
• Interface directly with customers regarding maintenance and warranty activities
• Prepare monthly maintenance reports, including corrective and preventive actions completed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ILS, Safety, Quality, RAM, Engineering, Logistics and Sourcing

You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, maintenance, testing and commissioning - solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.

What you bring

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Knowledge of railway signalling systems
• At least 3 years of experience in railway projects, particularly with IXL systems
• Fluent Spanish language skills (mandatory)
• Willingness to travel as required
• Valid B driving licence
