Alstom is looking for aMaintenance Engineer to ensure the reliability and continual improvement of railway signalling systems in Madrid. You will lead corrective and preventive maintenance, analyse incidents, and implement improvements while coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure safe and efficient rail operations.

We value hands-on problem solving, collaboration across engineering and maintenance functions, and the ability to travel as required to service various sites.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Knowledge of railway signalling systems, including IXL systems.
• At least 3 years of experience in railway projects; willingness to travel and valid B driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Execute corrective and preventive maintenance activities on signalling systems.
• Analyse incidents and coordinate repair notifications and corrective actions.
• Deploy and implement technical improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Interface directly with customers regarding maintenance and warranty activities.
• Prepare monthly maintenance reports, including corrective and preventive actions completed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ILS, Safety, Quality, RAM, Engineering, Logistics and Sourcing.

What you bring

• Knowledge of railway signalling systems
• At least 3 years of experience in railway projects, particularly with IXL systems
• Willingness to travel as required
• Valid B driving licence
