Alstom in Madrid is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to ensure the reliability and continuous improvement of railway signalling systems. The role focuses on executing preventive and corrective maintenance to optimize performance and safety.

You will work with cross-functional teams and interface with customers on maintenance and warranty activities, contributing to timely reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Knowledge of railway signalling systems.
• At least 3 years of experience in railway projects, especially with IXL systems.
• Fluent Spanish language skills (mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Execute corrective and preventive maintenance activities on signalling systems.
• Deploy and implement technical improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Interface directly with customers regarding maintenance and warranty activities.
• Prepare monthly maintenance reports, including corrective and preventive actions completed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ILS, Safety, Quality, RAM, Engineering, Logistics and Sourcing.

Execute corrective and preventive maintenance activities on signalling systems

• Deploy and implement technical improvements to enhance system performance and reliability
• Interface directly with customers regarding maintenance and warranty activities
• Prepare monthly maintenance reports, including corrective and preventive actions completed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ILS, Safety, Quality, RAM, Engineering, Logistics and Sourcing

Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline

• Knowledge of railway signalling systems
• At least 3 years of experience in railway projects, particularly with IXL systems
• Fluent Spanish language skills (mandatory)
• Effective execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Quality and timeliness of incident resolution and reporting
• Successful implementation of maintenance improvements
• Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams supporting warranty and maintenance operations
