Alstom is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to ensure reliability, performance and continuous improvement of railway signalling systems. This high-impact role supports safe, efficient rail operations and customer satisfaction.

You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, maintenance, testing and commissioning to solve complex challenges and drive improvements. Fluency in Spanish and willingness to travel are required.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Knowledge of railway signalling systems.
• At least 3 years of experience on railway projects, especially with IXL systems.
• Fluent Spanish language skills (mandatory).
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Valid B driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Execute corrective and preventive maintenance activities on signalling systems.
• Analyse incidents and coordinate repair notifications and corrective actions.
• Deploy and implement technical improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Interface directly with customers regarding maintenance and warranty activities.
• Prepare monthly maintenance reports, including corrective and preventive actions completed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ILS, Safety, Quality, RAM, Engineering, Logistics and Sourcing.
