What you'll do

We are looking for a Senior Business Designer to join us. You will be part of a team in which we combine creativity and strategic design for the generation of new business models that result in digital products and user-centered services that generate a positive impact on society and its environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Contribute to building the discipline and offering of Business Design, bridging the worlds of business consulting and strategic consulting with service design and experience design.
• Business research, competitive analysis, benchmarking, and best practices radar from a business perspective.
• Conceptualization and design of new business models and customer experiences.
• Lead co-creation sessions with clients, focusing on solving business challenges.
• Design and creation of business plans.
• Support in the economic planning of projects and management control of the unit.
• Work in multidisciplinary teams with professionals from both TANGITY and NTT DATA: digital product design teams, business teams, technology teams, digital agencies, etc., providing comprehensive solutions.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a business designer with:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in business consulting and digital business.
• Bachelor's degree (Economics/Business Administration/Engineering + MBA).
• Experience working in teams, proactivity, and autonomy in work, as well as the ability to adapt to different environments, teams, and sectors.
• Knowledge and experience in strategic design and service design.
• Experience in developing business model canvas + opportunity sizing.
• Definition of economic viability (P&L) and quantification of a roadmap.
• Knowledge and experience in creating customer journeys.
• Ability to analyze the challenge/context and conceptualize solutions.
• Knowledge and experience in strategic marketing (communication and creativity, channel strategy, digital sales, digital marketing, pricing, product portfolio).
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, both internally and with clients.
• Good level of English, both spoken and written.
