Una empresa líder en salud del consumidor busca un profesional proactivo para liderar estrategias de marketing para maximizar el rendimiento de la marca. Formación

  • Se requiere título universitario y más de 4 años en marketing comercial.

Are you looking for an opportunity to develop an effective and profitable Consumer Shopper marketing tool to maximize brand performance? If so, this is the role for you.

In this role you will lead Shopper strategy end to end at customer/channel level, through preparation and implementation of winning shopper activation plans, with a clear objective of increasing the company’s market share and delivering budgeted sales and profit targets.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

  1. Ensure consistent high quality Shopper Execution and control at the point of purchase.
  2. Prepare shopper activation plan (Promotional Plan and In-store visibility plan), by customer, with close collaboration with sales and marketing teams with a clear focus on achieving execution and distribution goals.
  3. Promotion budget control and measurement of shopper marketing effectiveness of Promotion investments in the channel in line with the process.
  4. Precampaign design jointly with sales coordination, tracking, and execution.
  5. Deliver brand priorities in market, taking direction from Area marketing team on area priorities, and provide a feedback loop with insights and in-market effectiveness of area initiatives.
  6. Deliver execution strategies and plans (space, promotion) through to the point of purchase. These are to be executed at the POS winning with our customers and consumers.
  7. Sales forecasting for promo packs, jointly with Sales and Marketing.
  8. Ensure our merchandisers team have high quality relevant materials to activate the brands with shoppers, consumers.
  9. Sell in strategy development and support activities.
  10. Sell out strategy development and implementation to optimize visibility, build customers recommendation and drive consumer preference.
  11. Shopper marketing campaigns effectiveness including ROI.
  12. Managing relationships with external stakeholders.
  13. Comply with local legislation and corporate standards in communication on materials and promotion.
  14. Manage discussions with key customers on their category strategy, drive change and significantly improve shopper engagement at the point of purchase.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. University Degree level.
  2. +4 years mainly in Trade Marketing position.
  3. Analytical & strategic vision.
  4. Continue asking “why” to uncover actionable insights.
  5. Organization & deadline management as must.
  6. Make things happen & teamwork spirit.
  7. Proactive approach.
