What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Shopify specialist with a digital marketing background to join our Digital & eCommerce team. We seek a profile with demonstrable experience of at least 3 years as a Shopify manager responsible for the day-to-day operations of our different online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of our Shopify Plus with several expansion stores and Shopify Markets.
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization projects of our online stores, applying growth, testing, and experimentation strategies.
  • Continuous reporting of KPIs and dashboard optimization.
  • Coordination and execution of promotions and launches, tracking stock, etc.
  • CRM management (Salesforce and Connectif) and follow-up of the marketing automation strategy.
  • Market and competition analysis, identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Coordination of different suppliers (agencies, freelancers, etc.).

What do you bring?

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years in eCommerce roles with Shopify focusing on multi-country online store management.
  • Experience as a responsible Shopify store manager for at least three years, ideally Shopify Plus.
  • Experience in CRM management with a focus on continuous improvement of user experience.
  • Strategic and analytical vision to identify business opportunities.
  • Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, web analytics, and growth marketing.
