TikTok is seeking a Business Development Intern for TikTok Shop Operations in Madrid for Summer 2027. You will identify and onboard e-commerce brands, provide development strategies and support to merchants to grow success on TikTok Shop.

Formación

• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Able to commit to a 12-week internship during Summer 2027.
• Understanding of TikTok and TikTok Shop from a customer perspective.

Responsabilidades

• Lead qualification; identify relevant sellers for onboarding based on lead lists and own industry research, support merchant acquisition and first product listings and sales.
• Support outreach activities through email campaigns and calls to book meetings.
• Collaborate with account managers to analyse category growth opportunities and improve merchant operations on the platform.
• Follow up on product selection and submission for key campaigns and analyze post-campaign performance.
