Job summary

You will translate engineering inputs into production layouts, supervise procurement, planning, EHS and quality, and drive continuous improvement across European clusters. Qualifications

• Advanced Vocational training (Electricity or Electronics) or Electric/Electronic Engineer.
• Proven experience in the electric manufacturing sector working directly in the manufacturing and engineering areas.
• Experience in electric diagram interpretation and willingness to propose improvement actions (Desire to be familiarized with AutoCAD, E-Plan, Ebase softwares).
• Proficient level in Spanish & English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer focus and ability to cooperate with the different departments.
• Team working approach, good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of self-motivation, flexibility, and self-learning aptitude.
• Exposed to deal with multiple daily challenges against the time and exposed to execute manufacturing projects with limited timing and dealing with 3rd parties in many cases.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute the manufacturing plan for incoming customer orders across short to long-term horizon.
• Interpret and implement control panel lay-outs and wiring lists for production.
• Coordinate procurement, material planning, project management, and EHS.
• Interact with European clusters to improve design aspects during integration of control panels.
• Lead training, skill matrix updates, and regular performance meetings on the shop floor.
• Drive continuous improvement projects focusing on cost, quality and delivery.
