Landmark Bio, Llc is seeking an experienced manufacturing operations lead to drive shop floor execution, converting engineering inputs into manufacturing outputs and managing production plans for multiple customer orders.

The role requires expertise in electrical manufacturing, CAD/MES tools, and strong Spanish/English communication within a European clustering context. A hands‑on leader with lean manufacturing experience will thrive in this position.

Formación

• Advanced vocational or engineering degree in electrical/electronic fields.
• Experience in electric manufacturing and engineering environments.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and suggest improvements; familiarity with CAD/PLM tools.
• Fluent in Spanish and English for cross‑region collaboration.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer‑focused mindset.
• Proactive, autonomous, and able to work with diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate shop floor manufacturing plans for customer orders.
• Interpret layouts and wiring lists; define material lists for production.
• Interact with European clusters to improve design and production.
• Support lean manufacturing projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage resources, training, and KPIs for production performance.
• Interface with suppliers and internal teams to meet schedules and costs.
• Utilize ERP/MES tools to plan and track manufacturing activities.
