Job summary

Qualifications

Advanced vocational training or Electrical/Electronic Engineer.
Experience in electric manufacturing and engineering areas.
Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and suggest improvements; familiarization with AutoCAD, E-Plan, Ebase software.
Fluent Spanish and English.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customer focus.
Team-oriented with motivation, flexibility and self-learning aptitude.
Experience coordinating with third parties and managing multiple daily challenges.

Responsibilities

Prepare and execute manufacturing plans for customer orders (short-mid long-term vision).
Define material lists and transfer to production; coordinate procurement and scheduling.
Interact with engineering and project teams to improve designs during integration of control panels.
Ensure compliance with general technical regulations for panel manufacturing.
Support commercial team with cost and delivery optimization; feedback from production.
