Job summary

Starbuckspr in Madrid region is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to help run the store during shifts. You will support the store manager, assist baristas, train new team members, and delegate tasks to maintain a smooth, welcoming operation.

Our Shift Supervisors contribute to the success of Starbucks by assisting the store manager during shifts. This includes running the store on shift, supporting baristas, training new team members, and delegating tasks. REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in supervision of personnel of at least 1 year or more.
