Formación

• 5+ years of diversified aviation sheet metal experience.
• Knowledge of aircraft structure repair and corrosion removal.

Job Summary:

Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal products and equipment for general aviation aircraft. Work may involve setting up and operating fabricating machines, shaping metal using hammers, soldering, welding, inspecting, and smoothing seams and joints.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Determine project requirements based on blueprints, drawings, and instructions.
2. Lay out sheet metal parts and modify existing parts as needed.
3. Install rivets, fasteners, and perform bending, drilling, and fitting tasks.
4. Ensure parts meet quality standards and communicate effectively with team members.
5. Perform related duties as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of diversified aviation sheet metal experience.
• Knowledge of aircraft structure repair, corrosion removal, and related procedures.
• EASA B1.1 license desirable.

Additional Skills:

• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring devices.
• Skilled in identifying corrosion and applying protective coatings.
