Airbus Operations SL in Getafe (Madrid) seeks a Composite/Hybrid Structure Detailed Designer to advance aerospace design through rigorous research, specifications, and cross‑functional collaboration. You will prototype, test, analyze data, and report findings to leadership, contributing to cutting-edge aircraft programs.

A strong background in aerospace or mechanical design, plus fluency in English and Spanish, is required to thrive in a multicultural, innovation‑driven environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
• Proven experience in aircraft or aerospace systems design, ideally in an advanced R&D environment.
• Strong CAD/CAE software proficiency (CATIA, 3DX, PLM, PASS, CPD, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and innovative mindset.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Research and evaluate emerging technologies to define the future of aircraft development.
• Define and author technical specifications for aerospace systems and components.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate advanced solutions.
• Prototype and lead proof-of-concept testing for new designs.
• Analyze data and test results to optimize designs and processes.
• Deliver technical reports and recommendations to leadership.
