Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe (Madrid) seeks a Structural Design Engineer to support Eurodrone production. You will design and validate metallic and composite structures and collaborate with Stress, Aerodynamics, and Production teams to resolve technical issues.

Requirements include a degree in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering and 3–5 years’ relevant experience, with advanced English. The role offers a permanent contract and a hybrid working model where possible.

Formación

• Degree in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of Structural Design experience in metallic and composite technologies for aircraft.
• Strong background in aircraft structural design tools and End-to-End lifecycle methodologies.
• Experience resolving production design issues (Concessions, HNCs, DAMs).
• Advanced English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Design and validate structural components and assemblies to optimize weight, cost, performance and safety.
• Provide design support to Pre-FAL production activities and resolve technical issues.
• Interface with Stress, Systems, Aerodynamics, and Maintai nability to define robust solutions.
• Support Purchasing, Manufacturing Engineering, and Production with technical guidance.
• Participate in End-to-End lifecycle of the aircraft using state-of-the-art design methodologies.
