The role emphasizes collaboration with R&D and engineering, data-driven optimization, and clear reporting to stakeholders in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
• Track record in aircraft or aerospace systems design, ideally in an advanced R&D environment.
• Proficiency with industry CAD/CAE tools (CATIA, 3DX, PLM, PASS, CPD).
• Strong problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Research and evaluate emerging technologies to shape future aircraft development.
• Define and author technical specifications for aerospace systems and components.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary R&D and engineering teams for integration.
• Lead prototyping and proof-of-concept testing for advanced designs.
• Analyze data to refine designs and processes.
• Prepare clear technical reports and leadership-ready recommendations.
