We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Analyst to join our innovative team in Málaga. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex data, identifying trends, building tech requirements, and providing valuable insights to drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Your responsibilities as a Business Analyst will be:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage the application release flow within the App Store and Google Play Store.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical teams.
• Report to the company Product Manager.
• Analyze data and trends to provide valuable insights that support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate in product-related decisions.
• Build the requirements for the development of new features.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis.

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline such as Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, etc.
• Experience with software solutions.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques (Ideally, previous experience in tech writing).
• Experience structuring and creating documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of the English language.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with mobile apps is a plus.
• Familiarity with loyalty marketing or mobile solutions is a plus.
• Familiarity with ClickUp is a plus.
