Join us as a Services Sales Account Executive on our Services Sales team working from our Barcelona office to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact!

Please note that this is a hybrid role, where you will work at least 3 days per week from our Barcelona office and 2 days from home.

What you’ll achieve

In this role, you take ownership of the full services sales cycle to drive revenue within Commercial (Midmarket) Accounts in EMEA. You will identify appropriate solutions and services to meet customer needs, build strong customer relationships, and ensure an outstanding customer experience with both existing and potential customers.

Your Role :

  • Drive and expand Professional Services revenue and bookings among both new and existing customers.
  • Use consultative selling skills to understand complex customer needs, translating them into tailored service solutions.
  • Collaborate with subscription sales and customer success teams to broaden our platform’s reach and impact.
  • Support the development and launch of new services to meet customer demands.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and a seamless experience.
  • Partner with delivery teams to accurately scope projects and deals.
  • Manage complex sales cycles and work closely with cross-functional teams to align solutions with customer goals and company objectives.

Essential Qualifications :

  • 2-5 years of experience with proven success in Services Sales, especially for mid-market accounts, including international experience.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a services role.
  • Knowledge of direct and partner sales models and ability to establish long-term strategic relationships.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sales) and experience with quota management and forecasting.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to present solutions effectively to high-level decision-makers and demonstrate executive presence.

Soft Skills :

  • Adaptable, resilient, proactive, and customer-centric.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed goals.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in the IT services industry.
  • Technical knowledge or certifications in cloud solutions, integration platforms, or industry-specific software.
